The&nbsp;<strong>Service Provider<\/strong>&nbsp;will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you&#8217;d like the&nbsp;<strong>Service Provider<\/strong>&nbsp;to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the&nbsp;<strong>App<\/strong>, please contact them at&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"mailto:info@combinup.com\">info@combinup.com<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;and we will respond in a reasonable time. The&nbsp;<strong>Service Provider<\/strong>&nbsp;strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions could expose your phone to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise your phone&#8217;s security features, and may result in the&nbsp;<strong>App<\/strong>&nbsp;not functioning correctly or at all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that the&nbsp;<strong>App<\/strong>&nbsp;utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. The&nbsp;<strong>Service Provider<\/strong>&nbsp;cannot be held responsible if the&nbsp;<strong>App<\/strong>&nbsp;does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are using the&nbsp;<strong>App<\/strong>&nbsp;outside of a Wi-Fi area, please be aware that your mobile network provider&#8217;s agreement terms still apply. Consequently, you may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage during the connection to the&nbsp;<strong>App<\/strong>, or other third-party charges.
